Welcome to my website.
I offer private therapy and counselling to individuals seeking healing, personal growth, and emotional well-being. My approach is warm, supportive, and grounded in creating a safe, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings.
I'm a UKCP registered psychotherapist, hold a Master's degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and have several years of experience working with clients.
Appointments are available in person in Kings Norton (B38 8RS), South Birmingham, or online (and nationwide) for those who prefer the flexibility and convenience of remote sessions.
Whether you're navigating life transitions, feeling overwhelmed or stuck, battling with your past, or embarking on a journey of personal growth and self-exploration, therapy provides a confidential and supportive environment for transformation.
Therapy offers a safe space for individuals grappling with a diverse array of difficulties. This may include anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship and family issues, low self-esteem and issues related to neurodiversity, such as autism and ADHD.
Are you ready to embark on a journey towards healing and growth? Reach out today to schedule a free, confidential, no-obligation call to discover how therapy can help you.
My South Birmingham location is based within Kings Norton. I offer appointments from here on Tuesdays and Fridays.
I am also available for online therapy sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Session fees are £50 per session.
All sessions are 50 minutes.
I am taking on new clients as of September 2025.
If you feel I might be the right therapist for you, then please contact me via email or phone to arrange a free, no-obligation, 20 minute introductory call or video call.
Our short call will allow you to ask any questions you have and let me find out about you. We can book in the initial session if you are comfortable to do so.
Our initial session will delve into your therapeutic goals in detail. We will both better understand what issues you are facing and how I can be of service to you, and I will confirm if I am best placed to help you.
If you are willing to proceed then we will continue to meet weekly for the period we have discussed. If you want to work open-ended, then we will review our progress periodically.
You can get in touch via the below contact details.
